PAINTING 'WHY DOES TIME SEEM TO BE SUCH A FACT'

"The sculpture is an interpretation of a fountain where you (often as a tourist) throw coins into the water and wish. The idea to create the sculpture was inspired by a therapeutic session where you throw rocks in the water to get rid of anger or frustration. The act of throwing a stone into the water to ease your heart."

The heartache session ended up by each of participant throwing up a black gem to the fountain and making a wish. A new begging have started for those who have left the garbage room.

The participants were asked to form a circle. Each person got an apple. The pen was traveling around. Audience was asked to draw a face of a an ex- partner, lover and etc. on the apple. After drawing a face, participants were asked to look at that face for the last time and smash it to the ground. While in a background with the baroque flute, Rebekka was playing Celine Dion - My Heart Will Go On.
PERFORMANCE 'FOR YOU'
performed by wellpaidartist
How does it feel to be chosen to be unloved?

The performance was a heartbroken heeling ritual. An inside - out visual experience based on expressing feelings by destroying everything that remains about being romantic and being in love.
The performance began with the performer choosing for whom to give a red rose. The purpose of the action was to select a person from a crowd and create an intimate connection by letting person feel special. As well, provoke other people to feel uncomfortable.
A person kept the rose until the performer set a heart-shaped newspapers on the floor with all the romantic staff: a bottle of champagne, a glass, a candle, and a wiped cream. Then returned to pick up the flowers by each time whispering 'thank you'.
The participants became an important part of the performance. They were observing the destruction of all the roses which later was packed and thrown out to the waist contain.
Each of actions helps to expresses and get rid of painful memories and negative emotions.
Expressing feelings throughs out the actions by using and destroying everything that smells romantic.

Heartache Sessions - a Guided Meditation took place in the unusual space of a garbage room and underlines thereby the contrast of wellness and pleasure with trash and discomfort.
The event was hosted by Joker's Dinner an interdisciplinary, Copenhagen-based artist collective.
The audience from the 'starting point' were escorted to the waiting area. Where in the red light illuminated corridor they enjoyed a cup of a hot tea.
With the ring of the bell the participants were invited to stand in a raw in front of the garbage doors. One by one they were given an ice cube and a black gem to each of their hands and were asked to 'keep this for later'.
After stepping through out the doors, the participants entered the garbage room where one of the Joker's Dinner member helped the participants to find their standing place and start their healing journey.
