Barbora Skaburskė (b. 1994) is a Lithuanian scenographer, director, decorator, and interdisciplinary artist based in Vilnius. She actively works across theatre, fashion films, art installations, and performance arts, both in Lithuania and internationally. She is the founder of Well Paid Artist, a platform that focuses on cross-disciplinary projects and young talent discovery.
Martyna Gudkovaitė (LT)

Martyna Gudkovaitė is an emerging contemporary Lithuanian textile and interdisciplinary artist. She is studing bachelor degree at the Vilnius Academy of Arts. She created her notable installation "Artumas" using prints of her grandmother's personal belongings. Additionally, she frequently collaborates with other creators, such as presenting the live multimedia performance "bu(i)tis" during the Culture Night festival.

Anna Borzak is Well Pad Artist producer abroad Lithuania. Anna is a trained Performance designer, with experience from the world of theater and music. Anna has worked at Hotel Pro Forma and VEGA, among others. Now she is working as producer with independent theatre organization and artist in Copenhagen and worldwide. She is also taking part as performance artist in Well Paid Artist interdisciplinary production "bu(i)tis".

Ieva Brikė (b. 1991) is an award-winning Lithuanian theater and film actress and the President of ASITEŽAS (the Association of Theatres for Children and Youth). A prominent ensemble member at the Juozas Miltinis Drama Theatre, she won Lithuania's prestigious Golden Stage Cross in 2022 for her role in the play Laukys and was named the theater's Actress of the Year.

Eglė Radavičiūtė (b. 1995) is a Lithuanian opera singer (soprano) and actress who trained at both Lithuanian music academies and Italian conservatories. Known for her versatile artistic expression, she actively combines classical Bel Canto singing with theater, chamber music, and contemporary experimental art performances. Her creative career includes operatic roles in international projects and collaborations.
